FAQ IN MATH CLASS

There are always available sources outside of school. Your new mathbooks have online tutors and availabe times listed in the pages as well. When at school, ask your teacher, or look at their web page for tutor times, AND THEN you need to budget your time wisely, and be sure to keep your appointments!!!

How do I get a math tutor?
01 /

Everyone of your McCallum teachers are there to assist you with your academic needs. Budgeting your time wisely when seeking extra help is one of the greatest difficulties students face when they reach the high school level. That's why I recommend you buy a planner or start using any number of phone apps that help one with budgeting time.

Good Luck!

If you need math tutoring (or any other class for that matter) but your teacher is NOT AVAILABLE go seek help from other math teachers. If your teacher IS AVAILABLE but you feel you might gain better understanding from a different perspective, then go seek help from other math teachers There are no rules that say you are bound to ask for help from one teacher only. We are all here to help you!

Can I work with the same tutor again?
Everyone is different. Some students need only a quick refresher while others math needs can't be met in a 90 minute class every other day. You need to find out what is right for you and then BUDGET YOUR TIME WISELY!!! and keep your appointments...
